Qualifications for Survey Supervisor Jobs
Education Requirement
- Option 1: Minimum 16 years of education in any discipline from an HEC-recognized institution with 1 year of survey experience.
- Option 2: Minimum 14 years of education (Bachelor’s degree) from an HEC-recognized institution with 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in using mobile applications for data collection.
- Strong coordination and team management skills.
- Knowledge of survey protocols and SOPs.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise field teams conducting door-to-door applicant verifications in all districts of Punjab under AKC and AKF.
- Coordinate daily survey operations including routing, attendance, and output verification of surveyors.
- Monitor data collection using mobile apps ensuring compliance with defined protocols.
- Cross-check collected data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Train and guide survey teams on updated SOPs and documentation requirements.
- Liaise with quality control and data coordination teams to resolve discrepancies in real time.
- Prepare and submit daily field progress reports to the central M&E coordination unit.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Task Lead / Project Manager.
